Yesterday, December 8, we closed this year's edition of the Silesian Science Festival—the ninth one! Wow, what a time it was!
The Silesian Science Festival is Poland's largest popular science event, filled with lectures, workshops, experiments, and demonstrations on a wide variety of topics—ranging from the exact sciences to art, history, and economics. During the event, guests had the opportunity to meet personalities from the world of popular science, as well as scientists, including Dr. Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski, the second Polish astronaut.
We are very happy that we were able to participate in the Festival as exhibitors for the second year in a row, so thank you all for visiting our stand! During the festival, we had the opportunity to answer your questions, tell you about our projects for this year, and even recruit new members.
Although we had our hands full, we managed to attend several wonderful lectures. ŚFN is an event like no other, where for one weekend all science enthusiasts from Silesia (and beyond!) gather at the monumental International Congress Center in Katowice. We recommend everyone to attend at least once.
See you all next year!
