SpaceCoffee
About Us
SpaceCoffee is a Students’ Science Club, operating at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. The Club’s main fields of work are information technology, electronics and robotics, but it gathers all types of STEM subjects enthusiasts. The topics of projects the Club develops revolve around autonomous vehicles, along with a space research mini-probe or a longest-haul glider. In addition, a branch of the Club’s activities dedicated to research while conducting the projects has been established. The members of SpaceCoffee very often partake in national and international contests and conferences, science fairs, hackathons and academic events at the University.
Among its objectives, the Club attaches importance to popularization of IT and electronics-related education. But above all, SpaceCoffee emphasizes continuous growth – as a Students’ Science Club, it is open to new projects or initiatives, members and partnerships. On an individual level, the Club’s activity grants the members the chance to hone and exercise their abilities, as well as helps them develop various new skills. More
