As every year, SKN SpaceCoffee is fielding a representative team made up of members of the Assosciation. This time, there are even three of them!

Meet our three CanSat teams:

SpaceCoffee

They are currently the oldest members of the Assosciation. Since the group consists partly of participants from previous editions of CanSat, they are determined to finally reach the final and take the podium. Their CanSat's additional mission fulfills scientific and exploratory goals — it is a system for searching for extraterrestrial life similar to that on Earth. Their probe will be equipped with specialized meters and will be used to analyze the concentration of gases and other elements in the planet's atmosphere. This serves to determine whether or not the conditions are suitable for supporting the development of earth-like organisms. Along with the sensors, CanSat will use a camera designed to search for regular patterns and symmetries that are clearly part of or produced by living organisms. By analyzing image data using a dedicated algorithm, patterns on the planet's surface will be detected, along with an assessment of their source of origin. All that will be supervised by the team of creators.

Their Instagram: SpaceCoffee

Their Facebook page: Students' Scientific Association SpaceCoffee

SpaceReeds

The team consists of SpaceCoffee members who are currently in their second year of high school. Their reason is to draw attention to how important this parameter is for predicting the behavior of falling debris in the atmosphere or the speed of return capsules.
